[...] Kaiser Permanente is attempting to compel arbitration in the Arce vs. Kaiser autism lawsuit. Why? Because arbitration is a closed proceeding that is rigged in KP’s favor, of course! [...]

The press is now aware of the story. The story about this little boy, was published in the L.A. Times and L.A. Daily, a legal newspaper in L.A. The lawsuit is the first of is kind and it is bound to set precedent.

Kaiser are too cheap to even clean their own bathrooms. Their "environmental services" dept is a fancy term for pick up the full garbage cans and make sure the floors shine. I kid you not on a daily basis they are not even wiping the toilet seats anymore. Forgot door knobs or other surfaces. And if you work at a desk at Kaiser, they even require you to clean your own desk & work area. If your area isn't kept clean, you are graded down on your annual evaluation. Do you think they provide the supplies for this? Absolutely NOT! In fact it is common in my area for workers to give up trying to get supplies ordered and bring in their own things from home. Is this anyway for a "nonprofit" company who makes insane profits to act??????

I can't imagine kaiser even being competent enough to treat autism. They just seem so worthless all the way around.
