Easy - a mental illness does not require an expensive MRI. He probably had really bad headaches at some point; the article doesn't say, but it was pure criminal for them not to do a scan. It is wonderful to see Kaiser being held accountable for once, but I'd like to see someone being taken out in handcuffs over it, as well.
