We all know from painfully personal experience that Kaiser and its lawyers will re-victimize the kidney patients and families in arbitration and/or court, and will have no qualms about destroying evidence and lying to avoid paying damages. Not to mention that $2 million dollars is pocket change for multi-billion dollar Kaiser.
