And you know Kaiser is burning up over this article because their little shell game has finally been exposed. I'm just hoping Merlin doesn't settle so everything can finally be proven in a court of law. Of course Kaiser will do anything to prevent that from happening so they will probably give him anything he wants just to shut him up.

Yep, it's going to take more than an ad campaign to fix this one.

What a great article! And it's amazing that this comes from Chris Rauber, too.

Schiffgens sounds like more of a weenie every time he opens his mouth. Of course Kaiser isn't going to advance its litigation strategy, which involves threatening people when out of sight of the judge, submitting perjured statements, avoiding all Discovery requests while using supposed depositions as opportunities to harass and trick people out of their rights, and besieging opposing counsel with paperwork until they have to step back from the case, and then the Kaiser weasels sneak in for Summary Judgment. And judges seem completely oblivious!!!

The Bar Association has done nothing because the people who have been victimized by Kaiser's malicious and unethical tactics have all filed their complaints separately so the Bar Association can pretend there's no larger pattern of behavior.

I really want a graduate student to do a larger study about Kaiser's "litigation strategies" to raise awareness among judges and to compel the Bar Association to take the appropriate action.
