		<description>I don't think Kaiser realizes, or doesn't care how insulting the Thrive commercials are to the people it has harmed.  If Kaiser really wants to change its image there has to be more than lip service paid to the issues that are causing all this disgruntlement in the first place.  Revisiting the complaints of the several hundred people we know of who were lied to and had their cases covered up and evidence tampered with -- with ethics and integrity -- would be a good place to start.</description>
