Attorney seeks former Kaiser employees for investigation

California attorney, Marc Primo of Initiative Legal, is seeking hourly Kaiser employees to assist with his investigation into illegal Kaiser wage practices. Marc’s announcement and contact info is below:

My name is Marc Primo and I am an attorney. My law firm is currently investigating various violations of California’s labor laws by Kaiser. If you were employed by Kaiser and paid by the hour at any time over the last 4 years, I would like to speak with you.

Come on people… This is your chance to stop grumbling amongst yourselves and actually do something to put a stop to Kaiser’s abusive treatment of employees. I know you’re out there because I hear from you every day.

Take a stand and contact Marc Primo.

This is terrific! I don’t know if it will help, but I’ve already sent him a note about my experience as a temp at Kaiser.

Do you have more information about what this lawsuit is about?

Sorry, I don’t. We are not personally involved with this investigation in any way. Mr. Primo’s credentials as an employment attorney and his licensing have been discussed in this thread at CorpHQ.

I have worked for Kaiser Permanente for 5 years as a receptionist for urgent care, emergency and appointment center. I am curious to know what this is about? Please do not print my name - I want to be anonymous!!

Anon, suggest you contact Mr. Primo at the address above.

We need to join and form a class action lawsuit against the employee abuse practises of KPIT HR. I am going to contact Mr. Primo and go from there.
